Substance is raising its own funds, mainly for its RNC Fest organizing (coming up Sept. 2nd, featuring Dead Prez, Anti-Flag, and more, at the MN State Capitol Mall). All proceeds go to the Substance operating budget. Please come support. Live music at 10pm, DJ for the rest of the time. more details shortly.
